Time Commitment
Board members attend monthly meetings (1-2 hours) and participate in ongoing email communications. Additional time may be needed during critical periods like hearings or legal milestones.
FL Chapter 617 Requirements
Board members must be unrelated to each other and must be affected Arden homeowners. The board operates under Florida nonprofit corporation law with majority-vote decision making.
