Arden Strong Coalition, Inc. is governed by a volunteer board of Arden homeowners dedicated to protecting our community through legal action and advocacy.

About Our Board

As a Florida 501(c)(4) nonprofit corporation, Arden Strong Coalition is governed by a board of directors — not owned by any individual. Board members serve voluntarily and make decisions by majority vote, ensuring collective control and transparency.
The board oversees all coalition activities including legal strategy, community communications, financial management, and advocacy efforts. All board members are affected Arden homeowners who share the community’s interest in accountability and transparency.

Board Member Qualifications

Affected Homeowner

Must be a current Arden homeowner affected by the Project Tango development.

Unrelated Members

Per FL Chapter 617, board members must not be related to one another, ensuring independent governance.

Geographic Diversity

Board representation should reflect Arden’s diverse neighborhoods and phases for broad community voice.
