Arden Strong (https://ardenstrong.org) is a community coalition website operated by residents of the Arden community in Palm Beach County, Florida. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit our website or join our class action effort.

Information We Collect

When you register through our Take Action page, we collect:

• First and last name (required)
• Email address (required)
• Phone number (optional)
• Mailing address, city, and ZIP code (optional)
• Whether you are an Arden resident (required)
• Home builder, if applicable (conditional on Arden residency)
• Lot or unit number (optional)
• Consent to communications (required)
• Consent to legal participation (required)
• How you heard about us (optional)

We also collect a hashed version of your IP address for rate-limiting and spam prevention purposes. We do not store your actual IP address.

How We Use Your Information

• To record your participation in the class action and demonstrate community opposition to Project Tango
• To send you a confirmation email after registering
• To contact you with case updates, hearing notifications, and community legal actions
• To share your information with retained legal counsel for case evaluation

How We Protect Your Information

Registration data is stored in a secure AWS DynamoDB database with encryption at rest. Access is restricted to authorized coalition organizers. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your information may be shared with legal counsel retained by the Arden Strong Coalition to evaluate claims on behalf of affected homeowners. We will never share your information with the developers of Project Tango or any affiliated entities.

Cookies and Analytics

We use Google reCAPTCHA v3 to prevent spam submissions on our petition form. reCAPTCHA may set cookies and collect usage data as described in Google’s Privacy Policy. We do not use additional tracking cookies or analytics services.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request access to the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your data (which will also remove your registration)
• Withdraw consent to contact at any time
